Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain members lists and coordinate schedules and activities
  • Assist in the preparation and attend regularly scheduled activities/projects
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and other appointments of BOD (board of directors
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Liaise with sponsors/benefactors and TRF staff/volunteers
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support
